Terms and Conditions

Your room is reserved up to 1pm on the arrival date. You must guarantee your reservation at the time of booking; all non-guaranteed rooms will be released three days prior to arrival.

You can guarantee your room by giving your credit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation up to three days prior to arrival.


Beach Hotel accepts payment by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Reservations can currently be made up to 12 months in advance.

Room Prices

Room prices are per room, per night and are excluding local tax and service charge, unless otherwise stated.

Meals are not included in the room price.

Beach Hotel reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. You will pay the room price as quoted at the point of room reservation. Note that quoted room prices at the Beach Hotel may change up to the date of your arrival.

We may charge a supplement during key events and periods of high demand. For details of our most current room prices please check our website or contact Beach Hotel.


Cancellation of a room reservation must be made before 1pm on the arrival date unless stated otherwise on your booking terms and conditions.

If you cancel a room reservation before 1pm on the day of arrival and have paid for the room in advance, a full refund will be processed to the same payment method. A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation.

If you cancel a room reservation after 1pm on the arrival date and have not already paid for the room in advance you will be charged for one night's accommodation per room booked. A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation. The customer will be issued with a receipt for this charge. The payment will normally be processed before 9am the next day.

Failure to cancel before 1pm on the day of the arrival gives Beach Hotel the right to charge for one night's accommodation or as per the cancellation policies attached to the your booking. If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform the reception team by 12pm on the day of your departure, you will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation per room booked if you inform us after this time.

Bookings made after 1pm on the day of arrival are non-refundable, and are subject to the standard cancellation terms.

Arrival and Departure

Check in is available from 2pm on your date of arrival.

Please let our sales department and/or receptionist know if you are likely to arrive after 11pm.

Your room must be vacated by 12 noon on your day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time may result in additional charges depending on the number of hours overstayed, up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation. These charges are necessary as we have guests arriving for check in at 2pm and our housekeeping personnel will require the time to prepare the rooms for the next guests.

Particular requirements

Family rooms offer accommodation for multiple adults. 3 bedder and 4 bedder rooms are available for family sized requirements.

Beach Hotel occupies a very niche segment - that of offering comfortably appointed family sized rooms with beds for 3 and 4 guests in a room, depending on requirements, these rooms are the deluxe, premium and quad rooms - do enquire with reception if you are unable to book the family sized rooms online.

A twin room may vary hotel to hotel, and will either consist of a queen size bed (in most hotels) and a sofabed or 2 single beds. Please contact your chosen hotel directly for more information.

Our hotel provides non smoking rooms. Do enquire at reception if you have smoking requests.

Although Beach Hotel will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requests, all rooms and special requests are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.


Breakfast is not served at Beach Hotel. If you would like to have breakfast choices, please enquire with reception. There are a multitude of eateries within a very short distance from Beach Hotel, at which guests can easily choose from a wide selection of local and international cuisine.


We regret that, with the exception of assistance animals, no pets are allowed in Beach Hotel.

Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system.

Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group.

You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer any Beach Hotel room for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer.

How do I book a hotel online?

To book online, visit the Book a hotel or Home page . Once your booking is complete, we'll send you a confirmation email with all your details and a reference number.

How far in advance can I book?

You can make bookings up to 12 months in advance.

I've made an online booking, but I haven't received my email confirmation. What should I do?

How do I know my booking has been confirmed?

When you make your booking, you'll be given a reference number. We'll include this number in your confirmation email.

Help! I haven't got a booking reference number.

If you haven't got a booking reference due to a technical problem or because you've mislaid it, please contact us .

Do I have to give you my payment card details to confirm my booking?

We'll need your credit card details to guarantee your room. All details are stored securely and we won't charge you for cancellations, but all cancellation charges are subject to the terms and conditions of the booking type made. Please check your confirmation for these details. Cancellations made after the specified cancellation time will result in the full amount per room booked being charged to your card in line with the cancellation terms and conditions attached to your booking.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes - if you want to book 10 rooms or more, please contact us .

Can I get a ride from the airport?
